Landlord Gas Safety Certificates

Are you a landlord or do you rent your house out?

It is a legal requirement that you get all your gas appliances checked every 12 months by a Gas Safe engineer!

This includes:

  • Gas meter: We check for gas leaks and the overall condition of your gas meter
  • Central heating boiler: We check all the safety aspects of the boiler and can advise you on any potential problems.
  • Gas Cooker
  • Gas Fire

We provide you with a Landlord gas safety certificate that is valid for 12 months.

Our boiler Landlord safety certificates cost £65. If you would like to include a boiler service the total cost would be £100.
